When will the Slate be back in stock?

We are working on restocking the Slate as quickly as possible however some delays are expected. We currently do not have at timeframe but make sure to click the "Notify" button on the product page to be notified when they are back in stock.


I forgot to add something! Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be edited once placed, only cancelled. Please keep this in mind when placing an order as it is crucial you place your order with all information placed correctly:

Due to changes with the payment portal policies, credit card and PayPal fees are not being refunded for cancelled orders. It doesn't matter if the order is cancelled immediately after ordering or not. This is completely out of our control and we certainly do not agree with this policy. As a result however, you will be charged for this fee (about 5% of the total order value) if you decide to cancel your order so please be be sure your order is correct before completing the checkout process.

If you would still like to cancel your order, orders may be eligible for cancellation before a shipping notification is issued. Please contact us via email at support@retrogamerepairshop.com or by using the form on our website to see if your order can be cancelled.


When will my order ship?

We have a normal handling time of 4-6 business days. Most orders are filled within 2-4 business days but in some cases it may take longer. 

If you have chosen Priority or Priority Mail Express shipping we will try to ship your order as soon as possible but there is no guarantee that it will be shipped out same or next day.

International orders may have an extended handling time of up to 7 days.

Business days are Monday-Friday.

Please note that handling times and shipping time are not the same thing.

If you purchased Priority Mail Express shipping times are guaranteed by USPS and if your package is late you can receive a refund for the shipping cost. If you picked any other services such as First Class, Priority, or the free shipping option, delivery times are not guaranteed.

My tracking has not updated in a couple of days?

There are a couple things to consider:
We have found that after USPS picks up the parcel from us, it usually does not receive another scan until it arrives at a regional distribution hub. This can take a few days to occur. This is what can also cause a package to have an unknown delivery date one day, and then be out for delivery the next. This is not negligence from our end, but an issue with their scanning.

Does your order contain a Pre-Order item? This will be stated in each product page description if so. Your full order will not ship until that pre-order item is ready to do so as well. If there is no set date on the product page, then that item does not currently have a shipping date until otherwise noted.

I need to return an item, what do I need to know?

Unless stated otherwise, our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t start a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must show a tracking scan within 15 days of the return being authorized or the return will be closed.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging additional restocking fees may apply.

We cannot accept returns for items that are used, this includes shells and kits that have been installed.

If your item is eligible for a return, contact us with photos and we will send a return label. Please note that the return label and an up to 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.

I sent back my return when do I get my refund?

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. Business days are Monday-Friday.


When will you be restocking a certain item?

We always try to restock certain items as soon as we have a low count, however unfortunately we won't ever have a set date for any item that is currently out of stock. Some items can take months to arrive due to many shipping factors and that makes it difficult to predict a certain date.

Your best best is to follow our Instagram for some specific items being restocked or feel free to use the "Notify When Available" button on the product page on our site to get notified when we do. It might take a few seconds for the button to appear when you do load the product page.
