Shipping policy

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic there have been many delays with the mail. We have no control over this and we are not responsible for any late or lost parcels. If there are any issue with the delivery of your order please contact your local Post Office and have your tracking number ready. Please take this into account before placing an order, thank you!

Please allow up to 2 business days handling time for your order to be filled. We use USPS First Class Mail, larger orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-5 days for your item to arrive from the time shipped unless you choose an expedited service. Shipping times do not include handling times. Weather and holidays may delay shipping. If we can not fill your order completely, we will still ship all of the items we can as soon as possible. We will then refund and notify you about the unavailability items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or parcels returned to sender due to an incorrect addresses being provided, please make sure your address is correct before completing your purchase.

Please choose an expedited shipping method such as USPS Priority Mail to have insurance coverage on your shipping. If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it please contact your local Post Office and open a case on the package before contacting us. Generally if there is a delivery scan there is nothing we can do, if you believe you parcel was stolen please contact your local Police.

 We are legally required to provide an unaltered purchase amount and invoice according to your countries import laws. Changing prices is illegal.

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. All customs forms will be be accurate in value and contents of parcel. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International orders.
